Streszczenie

Coraz częściej konstruktorzy robotów – w szczególności społecznych i mobilnych – wykorzystują w swoich projektach stawy podatne mechanicznie – w tym stawy o zmiennej podatności mechanicznej. W podsumowaniu zestawiono i porównano cechy konstrukcji z obu kategorii i odpowiadających im podkategorii.

Classification of Variable Stiffness Actuators - part 2

Abstract

It is becoming increasingly common for engineers of robots – especially social and mobile ones – to use compliant actuators, in particular variable stiffness actuators in their projects. Due to this fact and the huge variety of existing solutions, there is a need to organise current results in this field. This topic was covered in the first part of article. The second part of the article provides short reminder of classification proposed in the first part and describes mechanisms, which were not fully discussed in the previous part: mechanisms with variable parameters of transmission and mechanisms with variable parameters of different kinds of springs. In the summary, the features of both categories and their subcategories are presented and compared.
