W części pierwszej przedstawiono w zarysie rozwój historyczny przyrządów do dokładnych pomiarów temperatury, porównano podstawowe parametry metrologiczne współczesnych mostków termometrycznych oraz omówiono zasadę działania precyzyjnych mostków AC z regulowanymi dzielnikami indukcyjnymi. Podano model błędu systematycznego samego mostka, zawierający składową addytywną, multiplikatywną i błąd liniowości.

Simple methods to control of the accuracy of precision thermometric bridges (1). Historical review, parameters and circuit operation of AC bridges, new method of its zero control

Abstract

In this two part paper referred are two new methods for controlling the accuracy of high precision bridges used in measurements of standard temperatures. In part 1, after short historical review given are parameters of such bridges and operation of the AC bridge scheme with adjustable transformer voltage dividers based on the strongly magnetic coupling coils is described. Model of the error of temperature measurements by standard resistive Pt sensors (SPRT) connected to these bridges is presented. The additive, multiplicative and linearity components of error are considered. A new method developed for determining the zero of the bridge error is described. It is based on the non standard connection mode of the equipotential pairs of current and voltage terminals of standard resistance to the bridge. It is estimated that up to 100 MΩ of this resistance the effective resistance obtained on the bridge input is less than 10–10 Ω. Fourterminal standard resistors of 0.1 Ω up to 1 MΩ, in experiments are used and bridge zero readings for such input resistance are find. Results indicate that the additive error of the tested homemade precision bridge CA 300 is about 0.5 LSB of any bridge range and is independent from the nominal value of the used standard resistance.
